The beating heart is Chaz McCleod, drummer extraordinaire and veteran of numerous top class bands including The Meow Meows, Hakuna Pesa, The Rubettes, The Wedding Present, John Bentley (Squeeze), Jody Direen and Turtle Funk. He’s so good, it makes some people giggle!

Thom Bentley - Bass

Thom Bentley is an English gentleman and a masterful practitioner of holding down the bottom end. He has played with a wide selection of local and international bands including Queenstown Funk Orchestra, Freefall, The DT’s, and he even played Glastonbury back in the day.

Matty J Baker - Guitar

Ethereal, ambitious and breath taking guitar skills are provided by Matty J Baker, former guitar slinger for gold selling Aussie outfit Thirsty Merc. A prodigious session player, he’s recorded with numerous big names and performed all over the world in high class cover bands from China to Dubai to Indonesia. Matty has been performing in Queenstown for more than 5 years and widely admired for his playing.

Dominic Hazell - Vocals/Guitar

Top line melodies are both gently and passionately delivered by the inimitable Dominic Hazell, vocal powerhouse and the man who has headlined Queenstown’s New Years Eve celebrations for the last 3 years running. Dom has been performing in Queenstown for more than a decade and is the former front man of Freefall, Sonic Mojo, Groove Council, and the DT’s.

Louis Koopman - Keyboards

Laying down a bed of organismic keyboard grooves is the almighty Louis Koopman, one of Otago’s most in demand musicians, not only on account of his superlative good looks, but also because he is a gifted young musician capable of playing anything from the most ambitious jazz to ambient electronica, barn storming rock n roll, and everything in between.
